This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the Run-Walk-Ride event. In the past 9 years, this event has raised close to $150,000 for the local affiliate.

We know many individuals who believe in putting their faith into action have participated over the year. This year, we challenge the faith communities in the McMinnville Area to compete as teams. Teams compete to raise the most money, and are awarded a traveling trophy at the end of the event, and every captain who registers a team of 12 or more will receive a free sweatshirt.

The congregations who have already signed up to show their support by participating together in this fun and healthy events are:
   * McMinnville Cooperative Ministries
   * First Baptist Church
   * First Presbyterian Church
   * St. Barnabas Episcopal Church
   * McMinnville Covenant Church
We are looking for at least five more teams to show that after ten years, an equal number of faith-based organizations will support Habitat.
